How to get to Kimolos by ferry

Kimolos is mainly accessible by ferry. The main departure options from nearby ports are:

From Piraeus

  • ANEMOS (Aegean Sea Lines): 5 hours 15 minutes – 6 hours 40 minutes (depending on stops)
  • Dionysios Solomos (Zante Ferries): approximately 7 hours 15 minutes
  • F/B Ekaterini P (Fast Ferries): approximately 5 hours 40 minutes
  • Speedrunner Jet (Seajets, high-speed, seasonal): approximately 4 hours 40 minutes

From Lavrio

  • Cat I (Magic Sea Ferries, high-speed): approximately 4 hours
  • Artemis (Hellenic Seaways / Blue Star, inter-Cycladic with many stops): approximately 15 hours 30 minutes

Combined trips

You can travel by ferry to Milos or Sifnos and then continue by local ferry or high-speed vessel to Kimolos (the Milos–Kimolos crossing takes about 20 minutes).
